Property description
The Radama estate is located above a sandy beach on the North coast near Rethymnon with a great view onto the sea and the surrounding landscape.
The 1,500 sm terraced estate with a pool of 90 sm for the guests’ common use is nicely located above the sea and is separated into 15 holiday apartments in three different houses. The guests can buy little snacks and drinks from the pool bar. Deck chairs, parasols and outdoor shower are available at the pool.
All apartments have air condition, SAT-TV, internet access (W-LAN). On site parking is also available.
The modern style apartments are either located on the ground floor or on the first floor of each house and can accommodate 2 to 4 persons. They were built in 1998, restored 2008 and have 40sm each. They have one bedroom with two single beds, a living/dining room with two daybeds. Open plan kitchen with electric stove and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower or bathtub and toilet.
Direct access to the balcony from the living room.
