In the south of Kreta with a wide view across the Libyan sea are two nice semidetached houses located on a big well-tended property with lawn and a pool for shared use, one bigger and one smaller semidetached house built next to each other. A big, enclosed property with lawn and garden (approx. 4000 square meters) surrounds the comfortable stone houses with a wonderful free sea view. Freshwater pool for shared use (approx. 60 square meters, sun lounges and parasols, outdoor shower at the pool. Parking place at each house. The apartments can be booked in the winter.
Comfortable two-storied semidetached house, furnished tastefully, built in 2008, approx. 75 square meters, 2 bedroom, on a nice property with lawn and garden. Ground floor: Living/ dining room with 1 sofa bed for 1 person, SAT TV, hi-fi system. Open kitchen with electric stove, fume hood, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, microwave. Bathroom with shower and toilet. 1 bedroom wit 1 double bed. Direct exit to the covered patio with sea view. Stairs lead the first floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, direct exit to the patio with wonderful sea view. Bathroom with tub and toilet. Air conditioner. Central heating. |
