Property description
This holiday house with sea view is located on the North coast of Crete near Chania in a peaceful location at a hill and is surrounded by a mediterranean garden.
The estate consists of a studio and a holiday house, each with separate entrance. It is built on different levels. The German owners live in the holiday house. If you are looking for quietness and seclusion, this is the right place to be. Guests can also enjoy a great view of the sea and the mountains.
The studio was built in 2005 and is simply furnished. It comprises 25 sm and is surrounded by a nice garden with olive trees, cypresses and other gorgeous plants.
Living room/ bedroom with SAT-TV, double bed, open plan kitchen with three hotplates, little baking oven, refrigerator and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Direct access to the terrace which is covered with Bougainvillea plants. The estate is about 2,000sm. Garden furniture, deck chairs, BBQ and outdoor shower are also available. On site parking.

| Review excellent | ruhige Idylle mit Meerblick Wir durften uns 10 Tage lange in einer mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Ferienunterkunft wohl fühlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette, ruhige, aber auch zugleich aufgeschlossene Leute, mit denen man sehr gut zurecht kommt. Der mediterran angelegte Garten mit Meerbilck regt zum Träumen an und man kann richtig gut entspannen. Jeder Zeit zu empfehlen! |
