Single house in a quiet and rural area, not far from the natural sandy beach of Skidi.
Simple single house, built in 2004, approx. 70 square meters, 2 bedrooms on a small, enclosed lawn and garden (approx. 100 square meters). Living/dining room with SAT TV, 1 sofa bed for 1 person, adjoining kitchen with a counter, gas stove, fume hood, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (stonewalled), 1 bedroom with 2 bricked single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washer. Patio. Parasol. Parking place at the house.

Corfu

The island group is located in the Ionian Sea west of the Greek mainland and the Peloponnese. Corfu is the northernmost and second largest of the Ionian Islands and is rightly called "the green island" called. Corfu’s landscape is characterized by densely-covered mountains, ancient olive groves, cypress forests and several sandy coves. The name was given by two crags ("Korifes", Koryphäen) to be seen if Corfu is reached across the sea.

| Review well | A nice holiday house The holiday house is perfectly situated. It is in the middle of a beautiful forest, on the side of Corfu that is not crowded with tourists. (You do need a rented car if you want to see the island.) It is very nice to be able to walk in 3 minutes time to a secluded, peaceful beach, and a nice beach taverna.
The house is small, but very cosy. The kitchen is well equipped, the satellite TV has a channel in our own language (dutch). The bathroom and shower are perfect. At night it is very quiet. The beds are good, but in the evening the heat gets ito the house.
On the terrace there are too many bees and wasps, to be able to eat in a relaxed way.
The proprietors are extremely friendly and helpful, so you really feel at home there. |
| Review well | Sehr freundliche und zurückhaltende Vermieter In einem wunderschönen Olivenhain liegt das kleine Haus versteckt etwa 200 m vom Meer entfernt.Daneben und dahinter gibt es wenige größere Häuser, aber für uns war es wichtig, ungestört zu sein und unseren Rhythmus auf Entspannung umzustellen. Für unser spätes "Frühstücks-spezial-brunch" war die Küchenausstattung ausreichend, für die Zubereitung großer "Festessen" wäre es sicherlich etwas knapp.
Wir würden gerne wiederkommen, in das Haus, die nahe und weitere Umgebung und nach CORFU!!! |
Review average | Haus Kokoras Leider ging die Waschmaschine nicht, darauf hatten wir uns eigentlich eingestellt. Der Boiler für das Warmwasser war kaputt, wurde dann aber nach ein paar Tagen ausgetauscht. Ansonsten schönes kleines Häuschen, der Strand ist super. Vielen Dank für den Hinweis, der Vermieter wird die Waschmaschine reparieren lassen. |
| Review average | Haus Kokoras Der Hausbesitzer war sehr nett und zuvorkommen.
Die Strasse war ohne Straßenlaterne, also dunkel.
Kleine Straßen sind nachts nicht beleuchtet. Die ruhige Lage in grüner Umgebung wird in der Leistungsbeschreibung entsprechend beschrieben. |
