A house with two apartments above each other, above the natural beach of Paramonas. Apartment in the first floor, furnished functionally, built in 1985, renovated 2006, approx. 60 square meters, 2 bedrooms, nice roof terrace with canopy, spectacular sea view and view to the mountain Pantokrator. Living/Dining room, SAT TV, sofa bed for 1 person, adjoining open kitchen, electric stove, fume hood, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with small tub and toilet. From the kitchen via a spiral staircase you reach the roof terrace (approx. 70 square meters) with a canopy. Wonderful free sea view. Parking place not directly at the house. Outdoor shower. BBQ for shared use. Air conditioner. Grills against flies on all windows.

Corfu

The island group is located in the Ionian Sea west of the Greek mainland and the Peloponnese. Corfu is the northernmost and second largest of the Ionian Islands and is rightly called "the green island" called. Corfu’s landscape is characterized by densely-covered mountains, ancient olive groves, cypress forests and several sandy coves. The name was given by two crags ("Korifes", Koryphäen) to be seen if Corfu is reached across the sea.

| Review excellent | Paramonas im Juli 2011 Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und komfortabel. Der Rundumblick von der Dachterrasse ist phantastisch! Und Dina ist eine richtige Perle! Immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Paramonas ist nur ein Dörfchen, ohne Auto kaum zu erreichen. Es gibt drei Tavernen, aber keine Läden. Zum Einkaufen muß man nach Agios Matthäos. Das Wasser ist glasklar, der Strand sauber und nicht überlaufen. Die Menschen sind durchweg freundlich. Kein Massentourismuns. |
| Review excellent | Korfu, Pfingsten 2011, Familie mit 3 Kindern wunderschöner Urlaub, beste Ferienwohnung seit langem, absolutes Highlight: die Dachtererasse. Paramonas selbst ist sehr ruhig und hat außer dem Strand, der Unaufgeregtheit wenig zu bieten. Mit Auto ist man jedoch flexibel und kann in kurzer Zeit alle möglichen tollen Ziele erreichen.

Review well | Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe Netter Empfang durch Dina, die ein wenig Deutsch spricht und immer hilfsbereit ist. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 30 m über dem Meeresspiegel, in 2 Minuten gelangt man an den familiären Sand- und Kieselstrand. Das Wasser war angenehm warm und klar, türkis bis dunkelblau je nach Tag. An den Tagen mit grosser Hitze (40 °C) leistete die Klimaanlage gute Dienste, an allen anderen Tagen reichte die leichte Meeresbrise, um das Haus auf erträglichen Temperaturen zu halten. Tolle Meersicht von der Dachterrasse. Reichlich Servier- und Kochgeschirr in der Küche. Alle Geräte funktionierten, nur der Toaster war ein wenig müde. Angenehm auch der überdachte Parkplatz ca. 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub. Nichts zu meckern :-) |
