This two storied house with 4 apartments in total distributed on 2 floors is located above the beach of Paramonas. We rent the apartment in the first floor.
Well-maintained apartment, furnished functionally, built in 1986, renovated in 2005, approx.40 square meters, 1 bedroom. Small patio sidewise facing the sea. Living/Dining room with SAT TV, 1 sofa bed for 1 person. Adjoining open kitchen with electric stove, fume hood, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with seat tub and toilet. Small balcony with sea view. Parking place not directly at the house. Outdoor shower. BBQ for shared use. Air Conditioner. Flyscreens at all windows.

Corfu

The name was given by two crags ("Korifes", Koryphäen) to be seen if Corfu is reached across the sea.
