Property description
This well equipped villa is located right above the Kanouli beach and has a pool and Jacuzzi.
It is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards.
The villa with fantastic sea view was built in 2005 and consists of two floors with 180sm, four bedrooms.
Ground floor: Living/dining room with SAT-TV, hi-fi system and direct access to the terrace with stunning sea view. Open plan kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with two single beds in each room. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. First floor: One bedroom with double bed and bathroom with Jacuzzi SPA and toilet. One bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
Every bedroom on the upper level offers direct access to a private balcony with sea view.
The 2,000 sm estate comprises a freshwater pool (70 sm), deck chairs, parasols, outdoor shower, roofed terrace with Jacuzzi and stunning sea view. On site parking, a BBQ and air condition are also available. All windows and doors have fly/mosquito screens. Beach access via steep stairs.

Corfu
The Ionian Islands are also called "Eptanissa", translated the "Seven Islands". They include: Korfu, Paxi, Lefkas, Kefalonia, Ithaki, Zakynthos and Kythira. The island group is located in the Ionian Sea west of the Greek mainland and the Peloponnese. Corfu is the northernmost and second largest of the Ionian Islands and is rightly called "the green island" called. Corfu’s landscape is characterized by densely-covered mountains, ancient olive groves, cypress forests and several sandy coves. The name was given by two crags ("Korifes", Koryphäen) to be seen if Corfu is reached across the sea.

| Review well | Diese Ruhe war Erholung pur! Im Haus "Sofia" haben wir uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt! Der große Garten und der Pool sind auch für den direkten Nachbarn kaum einsehbar. So konnten wir uns ungestört bewegen und erholen. Kein Straßen- und kein Strandlärm! Die untergehende Sonne verschwindet zwar hinter den Bäumen der Nachbargrundstücke aber ansonsten ist es ein sehr sonniges Grundstück. Die Schirme am Pool haben wir immer genutzt! Die Sicht auf das Meer (von der Poolterrasse aus) wächst leider immer weiter zu. Einen schöneren Blick hat man vom Balkon. Haus, Garten und Pool waren sehr sauber und gepflegt! Geschirr, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Etwas vermisst haben wir gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten abends am Pool. Der Tisch mit acht Stühlen war zu zweit nicht ganz so romantisch. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Tavernen (z. B. in Messonghi am Strand) zu weit entfernt sind. Aber man möchte ja sowieso die ganze Insel entdecken. Ein herzliches "efcharisto" auch an den netten Nachbarn, der uns immer frische Weintrauben über den Zaun gereicht hat!
