Property description
Above the Kanouli coast, on approx. 5000 square meters of nicely arranged lawn and garden property are 2 anew built villas, each with own pool. The comfortable villas are situated slightly shifted from each other, in the distance of approx. 30 m, with own entrance and own garden property.

Each bed room with adjoining, own bathroom with shower cabin and WC. First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Adjoining bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and WC. Direct exit on approx. 25sm, partly roofed terrace with marvelous sea view. Plasma SAT TV in each bed room. An extra bed for the 7th Person can be placed in the upper floor bedroom.
From the ground floor direct exit on big terrace, garden lot and pool area. Approx. 2500 square meter, own, concluded garden property, with approx. 55 square meter pool. Sunshades and sun benches at the pool. roofed BBQ-place. Parking place at the house. Air-conditioning. Internet connection (W-LAN). Flyscreens at all windows and balcony doors. After 200 meters, a path leads down the cliff into a small bay. After approx. 3 km fine sand beach of Chalikounas.
A guesthouse for 2 people, approx. 15m away from the main building can be booked additionally. Comfortably furnished, built in 2009, approx. 35 sm, 1 room, 1 double bed, adjoining kitchen area with electric stove, fume hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower cabin and WC.

Corfu

Corfu’s landscape is characterized by densely-covered mountains, ancient olive groves, cypress forests and several sandy coves. The name was given by two crags ("Korifes", Koryphäen) to be seen if Corfu is reached across the sea.

| Review excellent | Traumhafter Urlaub Das Haus ist erstklassig ausgestattet. Der Service des Vermieters und der Putzfrau lassen keine Wünsche übrig.
Kleine Nebensächlichkeiten:
Viele kleine Abzweigungen und Straßen erschweren es das Haus zu finden. Sandstrandzugang zu Fuß vom Haus aus nicht ganz einfach, aber mit dem Auto erreicht man einen der schönsten Strände der Insel innerhalb von 5 Minuten.
Alles in Allem war der Urlaub spitze, ich kann die Anlage nur weiterempfehlen! Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Feriendomizil KFUGNA01 aus derselben Anlage. |

Die Bilder der Sandbucht sind vom Sommer 2010. Anstelle der abgebildeten Treppe zum Strand gibt es jetzt ein gebauten Weg hinunter, dort gibt es eine kleine Sandbucht. |
