On a big property with lawn and garden surrounded by shady trees is this house with 4 apartments in total, of which 3 are being rented by us, located. In one apartment in the first floor live the English-speaking owners.
The apartment in the first floor is suitable for 4 persons, furnished simply, built in 1985, approx. 50 square meters, 2 bedrooms, in the midst of a beautiful wide garden with lawn, many flowers, plants and trees. Living/Dining room with 1 sofa bed, SAT TV. Adjoining open kitchen with 2 hotplates, small oven, refrigerator, coffee machine. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Enclosed property with lawn and garden approx. 1000 square meters, several seats, covered patio. Outdoor shower. Air conditioner. Parking place at the house.

Corfu

The island group is located in the Ionian Sea west of the Greek mainland and the Peloponnese. Corfu is the northernmost and second largest of the Ionian Islands and is rightly called "the green island" called. Corfu’s landscape is characterized by densely-covered mountains, ancient olive groves, cypress forests and several sandy coves. The name was given by two crags ("Korifes", Koryphäen) to be seen if Corfu is reached across the sea.

| Review well | Schöne Lage, renovierungsbedürftig Das Haus hat eine schöne Lage an der mit Abstand schönsten Bucht an diesem Küstenabschnitt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, was für griechische Verhältnisse eher ungewöhnlich ist. Insgesamt wirkte das Haus aber renovierungsbedürftig, insbessondere das Bad mit seiner winzigen Duschtasse. Auch konnte immer nur einer in der gesamten Anlage duschen, da der Wasserdruck nicht ausreichend war. Die Betten waren durchgelegen, neue Matratzen wären angezeigt. Insgesamt wirkte das Haus etwas schmuddelig und ist für meinen Geschmack übermäßig dekoriert.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz der kleinen Mängel: empfehlenswert! |
