Half way between Ormos Panagias and Aghios Nikolaos, free-standing house not far from the beautiful sandy beach of Trani Amouda, on a separated property. Furnished functionally and well-maintained single house, built in 1990, renovated in 2008, approx. 70 square meters, 2 bedrooms, on a flat lot with olive trees. Living/Dining room with fireplace, sofa bed for 2 people, adjoining open kitchen with 2 ceramic stove top, oven, fume hood, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each (1,40m). Bathroom with tub, toilet and washer. The lot is approx. 1500 square meters, rural, ca. 35 square meters covered patio. Parking place at the house. Outdoor shower. Grills against flies on all windows. Air conditioner.

Halkidiki
Shallowly sloping sandy beaches, pine and stone pine groves, which border the sea in secluded and picturesque bays, characterize Chalkidiki. An ideal area for surfers and sailors. The three peninsulas of Chalkidiki soar as three fingers into the Aegean Sea. Kassandra in the western part of the peninsula with a shallow hill scenery, lively places and a variety of leisure possibilities. Sithonia in the middle with mountainous landscape offers an original character of the region, less developed for tourists, but with a uniquely beautiful bays and turquoise waters. In the East, finally, is for men only accessible monk republic Athos with about 20 monasteries, which belongs to the Greek territory, but is managed independently.

Review excellent | Unser erholsamster Urlaub Das Haus hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Durch die ruhige Lage konnten wir uns gut erholen. Für Remmi - Demmi suchende Urlauber ist es nicht geeignet. Das Haus ist sauber und den Angaben entsprechend.

Review average | Haus Ria, Sithonia Schiff, Flug ohne Probleme. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die nette Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Taxifahrers.
Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung zum Haus Ria ist fehlerhaft und deshalb verbesserungswürdig. Von Nikiti aus kommend soll man die "Abkürzung" nach Ag.Nikolaos nehmen. Es gibt aber nur eine Straße dorthin. Die als Schotterstraße bezeichnete Abzweigung ist aber längst geteert. Deshalb sucht man eine Schotterstraße vergeblich. Am Haus Ria fehlt der Name des Hauses und das Jassu-Schild.
Befremdlich für uns war, dass man vom Inhaber oder Hausmeister in drei Wochen nichts gesehen und gehört hat. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren allerdings ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haustürschloss war offenbar nach einem Einbruch nur notdürftig repariert, so dass man die Haustür mit jedem Schraubenzieher leicht hätte öffnen können.
Vielen Dank für den Hinweis, die Anreisebeschreibung werden wir anpassen. Mit dem Verwalter werden die Themen "Kundenbegrüßung und Betreuung" besprechen. |
