Property description
This well-mainted estate is located little bit outside of Pefkochori on a large lot with a large lawn and garden. The estate is made up a row of six townhouses near a nice beach. 6 townhouses, functionally-furnished, built in 1995, renovated in 2010, approx. 30 square meters, on a lot with many flowers, plants and trees. A path that goes directly next to the lot leads to nice, wide sandy beach. Living/Dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people. SAT-TV. Adjoining open kitchen with 2 hotplates, small oven, fume hood, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine. Open gallery above the living room with 1 double bed or 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Approx 2,000 square meter, covered patio. Outdoor grill available. One washer is in a separate shed for everyone to use. Parking place at the house. Outdoor shower. Air-conditioning. Internet access (W-LAN).

Halkidiki
Shallowly sloping sandy beaches, pine and stone pine groves, which border the sea in secluded and picturesque bays, characterize Chalkidiki. An ideal area for surfers and sailors. The three peninsulas of Chalkidiki soar as three fingers into the Aegean Sea. Kassandra in the western part of the peninsula with a shallow hill scenery, lively places and a variety of leisure possibilities. Sithonia in the middle with mountainous landscape offers an original character of the region, less developed for tourists, but with a uniquely beautiful bays and turquoise waters. In the East, finally, is for men only accessible monk republic Athos with about 20 monasteries, which belongs to the Greek territory, but is managed independently.

Review well | Urlaub August 2011 Wir wahren zum dritten mal im Domizil Ifigenia und sind wie immer mit allen zufrieden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit wenn mann Fragen hat, mit den anderen Urlaubern in den anderen Häusern bestand ein guter Kontakt. Ich werde meinen nächsten Urlaub wieder im Domizil Ifigenia mach das steht fest .

| Review excellent | Griechenland 2011 Haus Ifigenia ist weiter zu empfehlen. Hausbesitzer sind sehr nette Leute. Erstes Lebensmittelgeschäft ca.400 Meter, Strand ca.50 Meter entffernt. Es war eine schöne Zeit. Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Feriendomizil CHADB001 aus derselben Anlage. |
| Review excellent | Wunderschön Begrüssung durch die Vermieterin war herzlich. Das Häuschen schön und sauber. Der Strand direkt am Grundstück und nicht überfüllt. Sehr ruhig, da es etwas auserhalb des Dorfes liegt.

Wir wahren schon 2mal in dem selben Feriendomizil,daserste mal im Sommer 2008 und das 2mal im Oktober 2009.
Die Vermieterin und ihr Mann sind sehr nett,und immer hilfsbereit.Sie sind immer erreichbar,wenn man sie braucht,oder eine bitte hat.Der Strand ist gleich hinter dem Haus,das finde ich super, und nicht so voll, da hat man auch seine ruhe.Wir mögen den Ort und seine Umgebung sehr. Von Pefkochori kann man viel andere Orte erkundigen. |

Strand und Ortnähe sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
