Property description
Holiday house near the sea with 3 on top of each other lying apartments, above the sandy beach of Amoudi near Ano Gerakari. The apartments in the ground floor and second floor are occupied by the owners. We hire the central apartment. On an approx. 1000sm large flower and vegetable garden, only a few steps away from the sea, the suitable furnished first floor with beautiful, free sea view, year of building 1990, approx. 70sm living space, 2 bedrooms. Living- dining room with 2 day beds for 2 persons, adjacent kitchen corner with bar, 4 electric stove plates, small oven, fume cupboard, fridge with freezer, microwave. 1 bedroom with double bed and direct exit to the balcony with sea view. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with direct exit to the balcony. Bathroom with sitz bath and toilet. Fly screens at windows and balcony doors. Parking site near the house. Outdoor shower. Air conditioning in the living room.

Zakynthos
Zakynthos, the third-biggest of the Ionic islands, is at the northwest side of the Peloponnese. In the capital of Zakynthos one can feel the influence of the Venetian (13th centuries A.C.) clearly. The big Markus Platia was based on the St. Mark's Square in Venice. The scenery Zakynthos distinguishes itself on one side by bizarre steep coasts with sapphire-blue sea bays, on the other side by white sandy beaches from which attach immediately the wine-growing district.
