The two wings of the villa stretch across two floors and are separated into a residential and a sleeping area. On the ground floor is the living and dining area with the open kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom with a small open gallery and a connecting, barrier-free bathroom. The large balcony doors provide ground level access from the sleeping and residential areas to a very large and spacious pool terrace with a BBQ area and a Pergola. A staircase in the sleeping wing leads to the first floor with 1 further bedroom and an adjoining bathroom. From the bedroom you have direct access to a private, sight-protected terrace with a wonderful panorama view across the pool and garden, the sea and the surrounding landscape up to Rethimno. A 50sqm freshwater pool (10 x 5m, 1,60m deep, not heated, in operation between 1.05.-31.10.) with a separate children´s pool area (0,40m deep) provides the necessary refreshment on hot summer days. A beautifully groomed garden with trees and many flowers border to the private, well-kept olive grove. The property is completely enclosed and therefore ideal for families with children. A live-size chessboard and a children´s swing in the garden of the villa guarantee entertainment and playing fun.
