Description

The two-storey house built in Cretan style is set in a small side road leading to the beach, near the village Istron, approx. 10km east of the picturesque small city Aghios Nikolaos. The first level apartment „MOTHERS HOUSE“ is for rent. The ground floor apartment is used by the owner. On one side of the house there is an inner courtyard for shared use, that invites you to sit and relax. It is the centrepiece of the house and is decorated with many flower pots, has a pergola with vines and is fenced by lush oleander bushes and trees. The fine sandy beach is very close and can easily be reached by foot after approx. 140m.

This is a simple holiday apartment in typical regional Cretan style. Adjoining to the rustically furnished living/dining room is the open kitchenette that leads to the 2 bedrooms and the bath.

In close proximity to the holiday house there are 2 wonderful sandy bays that are amongst the most beautiful beaches of the northern Lassithi coast of Crete. Approx. 500m to the east is the sandy bay of Voulisma and approx. 1,1km further you get to the Istron Bay.

Eine einmalige Lage: Blick zum Meer, in die Berge und 100m zu einem schönen Sandstrand. Ausstattung angemessen, wenn was fehlte oder nicht funktionierte, hat Iannis Kounenos sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt. Absolutes Highlight ist der Sitzplatz im Innenhof unter einem Blätterdach und umgeben von zahlreichen Blumen und Pflanzen. Reinigung und Wäschewechsel spätestens am 3.Tag (!). Wir hatten herzlichen Kontakt zur griechischen Familie, ein schönes und nicht selbstverständliches Erlebnis!

Ein toller Aufenthalt!

Die Ausstattung im Appartment war besser als angegeben. Fernseher vorhanden und Wlan z. B.. Das Haus liegt so, dass man ungestört ist. Wenn man nicht im Hof sitzen möchte, kann man auch 2 Stühle auf den schmalen Aufgang stellen und hat Meerblick. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Der Hausstrand ist nah, dort gibt es rechts eine Badestelle ohne Steine/Kiesel. Nur kleine Schicht zu überwinden. Voulisma 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Hinterste Ecke am schönsten und ruhigsten.

Super Lage in Strandnähe. Wohnung mit frisch renoviertem Bad. Matratzen nicht durchgelegen.

Küchenausstattung etwas dürftig - für Selbsversorger mit 5 Personen ist z.B. nicht mehr genügend Geschirr vorhanden. Kein Spülmittel, kein Salz etc.

Sehr nette und ruhige Unterkunft mit schönem Blick auf das Meer und nur knapp 100m zum Strand. Nur 5 Gehminuten in den Ort, wo es mehrere gute Tavernen gibt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Guter Ausgangspunkt um den Ostteil der Insel zu erkunden.

Es war für uns eine wunderschöne Zeit in Istron. Uns gefiel die familiäre Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und alles im griechischen Stil gehalten. Toll fanden wir den regelmäßigen Betten -und

Handtuchwechsel. Zum Strand sind es wirklich nur 150 m.

Wir alle können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Kommen gerne wieder. Wir fühlten uns in dieser Zeit sehr von Freunden aufgenommen! Efcharisto`poli

Einfaches, schönes und sauberes Appartment fast direkt am Strand. Der Strand ist selbst im August nicht überlaufen. Sehr nette Leute. Istro ist super gelegen - nicht weit zu vielen anderen netten Plätzen (wie z.B. Mochlos oder Spinalonga). Appartment nett und praktisch eingerichtet (hervorragende Matratzen). Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern da und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Strand ist gerade für Kinder toll. Der golden Beach ist nebenan (5 min zu Fuß), aber voller als Istro direkt.
